FOUNDATIONS REQUIREMENTS

Course requirements and records.

Complete six applied lessons and a final assessment. Allow about 2½ hours for instruction, practice, quizzes, and workplace plans.

6APPLIED LESSONS

Each lesson includes a narrated introduction, teaching, five guided decisions, a quiz, and a 75-word workplace plan.

30 + 30PRACTICE + QUIZ QUESTIONS

Apply management judgment, then complete a separate 15-scenario final assessment.

80%PASSING SCORE

Pass at least four of five questions in each lesson quiz and 12 of 15 on the final assessment.

1COURSE RECORD

Completion is recorded in the learner dashboard. Four eligible course completions are required for certification.
