Find a manager who fits.
Manager placement starts with the role, the restaurant, and the team. We consider responsibilities, experience, schedule, and compensation when discussing a restaurant’s hiring needs.
Explore manager placementThe Manager’s Table helps restaurant owners hire and develop managers, strengthen daily operations, and understand the business behind the guest experience. Our work includes manager placement, consulting, the Academy, and beverage management software.
Our work connects the people who lead a restaurant with the skills and standards they need to run it: clear communication, thoughtful service, consistent operations, and an understanding of the business.
Founder, The Manager’s Table
Branam Cohn brings experience in general management, multi-unit operations, restaurant ownership, and restaurant openings. He built the Academy around the responsibilities managers carry before, during, and after service.
That experience shapes the focus of the training: helping managers understand a problem, make a sound decision, explain it to their team, and follow through. The guest experience is part of that work, whether the lesson concerns service, staffing, operating standards, or financial performance.
