The first five learners receive Foundations at no charge. Six manager-focused lessons cover setting standards, guest judgment, the guest journey, inclusive communication, team handoffs, and recovery.

Each lesson includes a narrated introduction, teaching, five guided decisions, a quiz, and a 75-word workplace plan.
Apply management judgment, then complete a separate 15-scenario final assessment.
Pass at least four of five questions in each lesson quiz and 12 of 15 on the final assessment.
Completion is recorded in the learner dashboard. Four eligible course completions are required for certification.
